Warranty Coverage
Your Haygain Hay Steamer includes a 1-year warranty covering the repair or replacement of the steamer or its components. This includes all required parts and labour. All repairs and replacements are at the discretion of Haygain.
Please ensure you read the warranty terms and exceptions below.
Terms of Warranty
- Effective from the date of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or invoice) is required. Without this, service charges may apply.
- Repairs are typically completed at an authorised service centre by Haygain or its representatives.
- Steam generator replacements are free of charge. If a part is no longer available, an equivalent functional part will be provided.
- Warranty period is not extended by any repair or replacement.
Exceptions to the Warranty
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Blockage removal
- Use of non-Haygain-approved parts or accessories
- Repairs or installations by unauthorised parties
- Lack of maintenance as per the manual
- Misuse or negligence, including:
- Use in unsuitable environments
- Use of dirty water
- Running the generator dry
- Insufficient descaling
- Foreign objects in the generator/manifold
- Operating the unit when frozen
Haygain Forager Slow Feeder
Warranty Coverage
The Haygain Forager is covered by a 1-year warranty, including replacement of the unit or its parts. Please note: Regulators are consumables and not covered under warranty. All replacements are at Haygain’s discretion.
Terms of Warranty

ComfortStall Equestrian Flooring
Warranty Coverage
Issued by Farm & Stable Supplies (T/A FS Animal Health)
For ComfortStall flooring fitted January 2024 onwards and installed by Certified Installers
Limited Warranty – 6-Year Coverage
This Limited Warranty covers the ComfortStall equestrian flooring system supplied and installed by FS Animal Health or authorised agents. The warranty is valid for six (6) years from installation, subject to the terms below.
1. Warranty Scope
- Covers material defects in manufacturing and workmanship for six (6) years when used under intended equestrian conditions.
- Warranty claims do not extend or reset the coverage period.
2. General Terms and Conditions
2.1 Approved Installation
- Must be installed by certified Haygain ComfortStall fitters.
- Any installation or repair by unauthorised persons voids the warranty.
- Flooring must be registered within 7 days of installation via FS Animal Health (link TBA).
Note: If using an independent fitter, the contract lies between customer and fitter. FS Animal Health is not liable for fitting-related issues.
2.2 Permitted Use
- Use only as stable flooring for horses in stalls or loose boxes.
- Only horses and associated human foot traffic may use it.
- No static weight >90kg stored for more than 1 hour/day.
2.3 Prohibited Use
- Vehicles or wheeled equipment (rigid casters)
- Prolonged horse tethering
- Heavy/sharp tools or feeders
- Flame/extreme heat/UV exposure
3. Component-Specific Coverage
3.1 IronClad™ Top Cover – 6 Years
- Covered for wear under normal use
- Exclusions: Damage from sharp objects or abrasive equipment
3.2 Precision Foam Layer – 2 Years
- Exclusions:
- Damage from damp or poor drainage
- Compression from excess static load
3.3 Perimeter Sealant – 6 Months
- Requires resealing every 6 months (not covered beyond this)
- Abrasion damage not covered
4. Maintenance Requirements
4.1 Cleaning
- Clean every 2 weeks using approved tools/cleaners
- Max 60°C water and 100 PSI pressure, min. 12" distance
4.2 Bedding Management
- Use mat-compatible tools (plastic/rubber tines, loop forks)
- No metal tools
4.3 Monthly Inspections
- Check for damage/lifting and report within 7 days
5. Exclusions & Limitations
5.1 User Responsibility
- FS Animal Health, Haygain, and partners are not liable for injury, damage, or loss resulting from:
- Environmental hazards
- Slips, trips, or misuse
- Improper maintenance
- Client is responsible for:
- Risk assessments
- Environment suitability
- Supervised usage
5.2 Not Covered
- Improper or unauthorised install or repair
- Fire, flood, pests, or vandalism
- Unsanitary or damp environments
- Colour fading or cosmetic wear
- Consequential damages or business loss
6. How to Make a Claim
- Contact FS Animal Health within 7 days of defect
- Email: info.uk@fsah.com
- Include:
- Proof of purchase and install certificate
- Photos of defect
- Usage and cleaning details
- Do not continue using the product once a defect is discovered.
- FS Animal Health may request additional proof or site inspection.
7. Resolution Options
- Repair or replace the defective part
- Offer a pro-rata refund
- Decline the claim if improper use or maintenance is confirmed
8. Governing Law
This warranty is governed by English law. Any disputes will be settled in English courts. No third-party rights are conferred by this warranty.
9. Additional Notes
- This warranty is valid only within the UK, unless agreed otherwise.
- An Extended Care & Maintenance Guide is supplied at install and forms part of this warranty.
